Mother Earth’s Landscape and Masonry Supplies, Inc. is not responsible for entries that are lost, or misdirected. Entries are void if incomplete, not legible, or if
they contain errors. If for any reason on-line entry is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures, other causes beyond the control of Mother Earth’s Landscape and Masonry Supplies, Inc., which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Mother Earth’s Landscape and Masonry Supplies, Inc. reserves the right in its sole
discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. No responsibility is
assumed for: any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure; theft or destruction or
unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers,
or providers, computer equipment, software; failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the
Internet or at any website; or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from

and will not be returned. Only one entry is permitted per person and per e-mail address, and only one prize will be awarded per household. If any question
arises concerning the identity of an e-mail entrant, any prize won by such entrant shall be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account used for entry.
Selection of winner: Mother Earth’s Landscape and Masonry Supplies, Inc. will randomly select two winners from all eligible entries and call that person(s).
Chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. If the contestant cannot be reached at the telephone number supplied in his or her
Contest entry after reasonable efforts are made to call, that winner will be disqualified and Mother Earth’s Landscape and Masonry Supplies, Inc. will draw
another entry at random.
Prize: Prize is not transferable and no prize substitutions are available. However, Mother Earth’s Landscape and Masony Supplies, Inc. may, at its discretion,
substitute prize of equal or greater value.
Conditions of entry: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to Mother Earth‘s Landscape and Masonry Supplies, Inc. to use
